Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return due to their nature. However, exceptions may be made if the product is defective or does not match the description provided.

Process for Initiating a Return

Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions. Please note that returns without a valid RAN may not be accepted.
Ship the Product
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returned items. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the product. You will be informed if a restocking fee applies to your return.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original payment method. Please note the following:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering your return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
